Niklas Notes pulls public data from the Steam Web API and, in the future, other open or licensed sources (“Third-Party Data”). Valve Corporation owns the Steam data. Steam and the Steam logo are trademarks of Valve Corporation. Niklas Notes is independent and not endorsed by Valve.
Our algorithms clean, model, and contextualise those numbers to create charts, forecasts, and write-ups (“Niklas Notes Content”). We own this value-added layer.
• Free users may view Niklas Notes Content on the site and share screenshots or brief excerpts publicly with attribution as described above.
• Paid Supporters - whether via Patreon, Stripe, or any other payment method we offer - may also download or export Niklas Notes Content and share it internally within their studio, newsroom, classroom, or friend group. Public reposting or resale of large portions is not allowed without our written permission.
• Raw Steam data from this site may never be sold, sublicensed, or re-packaged.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Data from third-party APIs may become unavailable or inaccurate without notice; we accept no liability for such interruptions.
Some insights are generated automatically using proprietary algorithms and machine-learning models. While we aim for accuracy, all figures and forecasts are provided “as is” and may contain errors or omissions. Verify critical decisions against primary sources.
